  • 0-6m (13-15" head circumference)

  • 6-12m (16-19" head circumference)

  • 1-5 year (19-21" head circumference)

  • Teen/Adult (21"+ head circumference)

SHIPPING POLICY FACTS & QUESTIONS

Orders will ship within 7-16 business days for orders with Bows ONLY & Up To 21 Business Days from your order date via USPS first class mail, and should be delivered within 5 days of shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your package. The processing time is subject to change if I am experiencing a high volume of orders.

USPS SAYS MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT IN MY MAILBOX. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I recommend checking with neighbors as well as calling your local postal office & starting a claim. Once you click on the tracking, scroll down & you can file a claim online with usps.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHY DO MY ITEMS LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?

I try my very best to get completely accurate pictures of what our bows look like in real life, keep in mind that screen calibration on your device may affect the appearance of the color. Also, pattern placement on our printed fabrics may vary slightly depending on the cut of the fabric and size of the bow! Each handmade bow is unique and may vary slightly from the bow in the picture. 

 

REFUNDS

There is a No Refund/Exchange Policy due to the fact that each item is made to order & handmade. If it is a mistake made by Messy Bow Mob LLC, I will do my very best to make it right. The mistake will be corrected at no additional charge to you. 

MESSY BOW MOB LLC is not responsible for any injuries that could happen while products are being used or worn. Be sure to supervise children while wearing the product. 

Messy Bow Mob LLC is not responsible for any products that have been damaged or taken apart.
